        "content": "## AI shared inbox triage (Gmail)\n\nPolls a shared Gmail inbox, filters out auto-replies, bounces and internal mail in code, asks Claude to sort each message into a bucket, applies Gmail labels, and creates a HubSpot contact plus a Slack alert for new sales inquiries. Unsure or failed messages get the `ai-unsure` label and a Slack note.\n\n**Setup**\n1. Credentials: Gmail OAuth2 (the shared mailbox), Anthropic API, HubSpot private app token (Service Key), Slack.\n2. In Gmail, create labels for each bucket plus `ai-triaged` and `ai-unsure`. Copy their label IDs (Label_...) into LABELS in **Parse and route**. The Gmail node's label picker shows the IDs.\n3. Set OWN_DOMAINS in **Pre-filter** to your company domains.\n4. Replace the REPLACE_WITH_SLACK_* channel IDs.\n5. Week one: disconnect **Create HubSpot contact** and only label. Check labels daily, then reconnect.\n\n`claude-haiku-5-5` is a cheaper option for high-volume, simple classification.
